Do I have to get on a call?

No. Sign up, pay by card, connect your store and email tool, and turn your automations on from your dashboard. Calls are only for custom builds, from $1,500.

How much does it cost?

The core plan is $249/mo for cart recovery, review requests, restock alerts and owner alerts. Inbox AI is $199/mo plus $499 setup, and the voice agent is $349/mo plus $750 setup. Custom and CRM work starts at $1,500. The pricing page has every price.

Is there a minimum term?

No. It’s month to month with 30 days’ notice. Setup for the core plan is $499, or waived if you commit to 6 months.

What if it doesn’t work?

Your automations go live within 7 days of us getting access to your store, or we refund your setup fee in full.

How do I pay?

By card, monthly. If a tool you own, such as your email or reviews tool, needs a paid upgrade, you pay that provider directly.

What do you need access to?

Your store admin and your email tool, plus your domain’s DNS if you want a custom sending domain. You connect them yourself from your dashboard, using your own accounts.

What stays mine?

Your store, customer data, email lists and accounts are always yours. The automations run on our side and you manage them from your Elevara dashboard, so they stop running when the service ends.

Can I change things later?

Yes. You switch automations on and off from your dashboard any time. Changes outside the plan are $95/hr, and we agree them with you first.

Shopify and WooCommerce stores, anywhere in the US.

What happens to my customers’ data?

It’s used only to run your automations, never sold and never used to train AI. Our data processing addendum has the details.
